A leading Canadian provider of life insurance, investment and retirement services has extended its engagement with PRO to simplify and standardize its New Business processes. A joint team of PRO and client leaders will leverage industry and Lean best practices to achieve dramatic improvements in Advisor and Customer experience while delivering 4x ROI by Q1 2018.
With the objective of enhancing New Business workflow and performance, the team will continue to define standard work for key activities, implement a Lean Six Sigma-based New Business organization, and design a Shared Service and New Business Associate Call Centre. PRO will also develop an internal Process Design & Consulting Organization to ensure value delivery and sustainability.
